Faulty items  

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund or return. Please contact us at info@marcelandharper.com and include your nameorder number and items ordered in the subject line to arrange a return via post. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with the tags still in place, unworn and unwashed. A refund will be issued if the item cannot be replaced. Marcel & Harper reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return policy.  

How to process a return  

Ensure you contact us first via info@marcelandharper.com  within 7 days of receiving the order for exchange, store credit or refund. Do not return the item(s) before contacting us.

In the subject line include your name, order number and item(s) you are returning  

Include in the email reason for returning and your preference of store credit, exchange or refund (where applicable).  

The item must be returned in its original condition with tags on, unworn, unwashed, free from makeup.  

You will then be given a Returns Form that will need to be included in the parcel / will need to be emailed back – along with the item(s) you are returning. You will also be provided with a returns address to post your item(s) to. 

Once your return has been received, they will be assessed in a review of quality, you will be contacted via email once this has been completed. Please allow up to 5 business days once we have received the item(s).  

You will either receive a new item if you are wishing to exchange, a store credit for the amount of the item or a refund of the item, these excludes the shipping cost.  

Please allow five days for refunds to be processed and to appear in account in that you made your purchase with.
